IE MASTER CLASS:
Predictably biased and we don't even know it

Hundreds of behavioral studies have revealed a definitive but difficult reality: When it comes to making judgments and decisions, we are all biased, and even worse – most of us aren’t even aware of it. Yet, making sound judgments and decisions is arguably one of the most important activities that we undertake in the workplace and in our lives. By understanding the limitations of our “mindware” and learning to recognize biased behaviors in our everyday lives, we can inoculate ourselves against errors and missed opportunities.
